A sweeter kind of Shop Crawl! The Iowa City Downtown DIstrict is hosting an event called Scoop the Loop in Downtown on Friday, July 26th for a delightful and delicious summer evening. This ticketed event is ideal for families looking for an interactive and tasty activity with the kiddos or those craving a relaxed outdoor evening filled with shopping and friends. Come wander through the charming downtown streets, exploring unique boutiques, and stop along the way for a scoop (or two!) of your favorite ice cream, gelato, or frozen yogurt. 🍧 

A $15 ticket Includes: 

• Ice Cream Token (redeemable at a Scoop Station of your choice) 
• Downtown Iowa City Tote Bag 
• Access to sales and special promotions at participating shops 
• Frozen treats or a summer beverage at participating shops (some may have alcoholic options) 
• Ice cream pint coozie with spoon holder

Check-in Information 

• Location: 103 E College Street (outside of Wells Fargo in the Ped Mall) 
• Time of Check-in: 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. 
• We recommend checking in no later than 6:00 p.m. to give you enough time to hit all of the stores!
• This event does not have a physical ticket, teams will check in by ticket buyer last name on the day of the event
