We’re excited to invite you to a unforgettable county cruise featuring four fantastic stops that showcase the best of local farms, educational experiences, and seasonal fun. Whether you’re a fan of fresh produce, lavender fields, or orchards, this tour has something special for everyone. At each stop, there will be unique offerings such as tastings, samplings, experiences, or goodies given to everyone participating in the cruise, all included in the ticket price! First 50 people to register receive a tote bag upon arrival!

Wilson's Orchard & Farm, located just north of Iowa City, offers a hands-on experience with u-pick fruits and vegetables like strawberries, raspberries, apples, and pumpkins. Visitors can also enjoy a bakery, farm market, and a kids' playground, while exploring the scenic farm. The farm is open year-round, with additional attractions including a ciderhouse and seasonal events. 

Land Alliance Folk School

Land Alliance Folk School and Retreat Center offers a variety of hands-on classes and retreats focused on creativity, sustainability, and connection to nature. Situated on a farm, it provides opportunities for art, gardening, nature conservation, and traditional skills. The center also hosts personal and group retreats, providing a peaceful environment for learning, relaxation, and community-building.

Stacie's Greenhouse

Stacie's Greenhouse specializes in spring bedding plants, vegetable and herb plants, annuals, perennials, and hanging baskets. Beautiful plants are in full bloom throughout the greenhouse, especially during the springtime, creating a vibrant and lively atmosphere. They also offer a variety of house plants, cut flowers, and for this event, they will be serving a specialty drink from Walker Homestead!

Calyx Creek Lavender & Lodging

Next we’ll go to the picturesque Calyx Creek. During your visit, you’ll savor a refreshing specialty lavender drink, create your very own lavender sachet, and enjoy a tour of our fields and treehouse, all while breathing in the soothing aroma of lavender. You’ll also have the chance to explore and sample our lavender-infused products, with a delightful fall lineup of products waiting just for you.
