It’s time for the Better Together 2030 Excellence in Action Awards hosted by Think Iowa City and Greater Iowa City Inc. with support from Iowa City Downtown District and South of 6 District. Join us Thursday, January 18th from 4:30-6:30pm at Courtyard Marriot - Height's Rooftop as we continue to launch the community wide Better Together 2030 All In Vision with our community partners and supporters.

BT2030 and the work happening across our region truly is a community and public-private partnership. BT2030 is responsible for guiding the regional All in Vision and is powered by Greater Iowa City, Inc., Think Iowa City, Iowa City Downtown District, South of 6 Business District, Community Foundation of Johnson County, United Way of Johnson and Washington Counties, the University of Iowa, the Iowa City Community School District, the City of Iowa City, the City of North Liberty, the City of Coralville, and Johnson County.

This second annual event is special as we will celebrate our Sizzle, Bravo, and Catalyst awardees by highlighting their community development efforts. These awardees are making positive impacts, change, and incredibly beneficial efforts on behalf of our entire county. Their work and leadership focus on making our region the place where people and their families continue to want to live, work, and play ensures we have a community where everyone can thrive. 

The event is sponsored by West Bank and the Iowa Heartlanders and will be emceed by the Heartlander's Announcer, David Fine.
