Join us for a Ribbon Cutting to celebrate the Grand Opening of PHYZX in Coralville! 

As a sister studio to Hothouse Yoga, PHYZX complements the practices clients already know and love by offering additional opportunities for cardiovascular conditioning, resistance training, and Reformer Pilates. All classes are held in an unheated environment, providing a unique approach to movement, strength, and fitness.
