DCI Group is a commercial construction management firm with a growing team of 65 employees across offices in Iowa City, Des Moines, and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The firm partners with clients across a wide range of industries including healthcare, K–12 and higher education, office, multifamily housing, senior living, retail, and municipal sectors.

As their team continues to grow, DCI Group is excited to open their newly expanded office space in Iowa City, creating a collaborative environment that supports their employees while strengthening their ability to serve clients across the region.
